Shiatsu is a gentle pressure point therapy developed in Japan and incorporating techniques of anma (Japanese traditional massage), acupressure, stretching, and Western massage. It releases the muscles of the back, shoulders and neck. Shiatsu can be translated as finger pressure, and has been described as needle-free acupuncture. By administering this gentle application over the body to dissipate stress and muscular tension, it promotes (w)holistic health and well-being, and it is the perfect compliment to reflexology.

The Cooltech® Fat Freezing system is the perfect method for reducing localised and general fat without surgery. The procedure consist of  applying cooling suction cups to the target area.  These then freeze the fat down to -8 degrees Celsius. Each treatment takes about 60-70 minutes. You can continue with your normal activities straight away, and you will start to notice results at around 2 weeks which will improve all the way up to 6 months.
